Keegan-Michael Key (2013 Dallas Comedy Festival Headliner) and Brad Morris (2011 Dallas Comedy Festival Headliner) will star in a new pilot for USA Network. 

Brad, (Second City, Cougar Town, Modern Family, The League) is  a member of Uncle's Brother Improv Trio with Joe Canale and Tim Meadows, headlined the 2011 DCF with three shows and taught an improv  workshop. 

Keegan-Michael (Second City, MadTV), is 1/2 of the comedy duo, Key & Peele, from Comedy Central. He'll be performing Friday, March 29th @ 10:30PM at the Dallas Comedy Festival with his improv troupe, The 313.

 DCF2013 headliner @MaribethMonroe will appear on ABC's Modern Family on Wednesday, February 20th. 

Hopefully your DVR can record multiple shows, b/c you can also watch Comedy Central's Workaholics, where Maribeth is known for her role as Alice. 

Maribeth will be teaching a workshop and performing in three shows while in town for the 4th Annual Dallas Comedy Festival.

We love the Dallas Comedy Festival. We think it's a grand old time. But there are tons of improv festivals all over the world. Recently, a group of festival producers got together in cyberspace and compiled a list of dos and don'ts for submitting to improv festivals. There's also a list of upcoming festivals in 2013, so you can submit until your heart is content. If you've ever thought about submitting to a festival, take a gander at this document for a few pointers. Happy submitting! 

Submissions are now open for DCF 2013! Early bird submission saves you cash, so get your submissions in early. FINAL submission date is December 15th. All entries will be notified on or before January 5, 2013 of their festival status.
