"The Union is a sketch comedy group featuring real life married couple Corey Rittmaster and Monique Madrid.  Both are veteran sketch and improv comedians, having performed around Chicago at The Annoyance Theater, iO, and most recently with The Second City on board Norwegian Cruise Line ships in Alaska, Hawaii and the Caribbean. The Union takes typical relationships and situations to a surprising dark side and explores how the duo deals with conflict, both in life as well as within themselves. Sketches and songs range from such topics as the relationship between a ventriloquist and his dummy, defending their race and ethnicity, and what really goes on in the department store dressing room and much more.
